Building departments statewide will require a Title 24 Report if you are building new construction, additions, or remodels for both residential and non-residential applications. This Title 24 Report verifies the energy features of your projects meets, and may even exceed, the 2008 California Building Energy Efficiency Standards.
We provide documentation for the current Energy Upgrade California program, in which a up to $4000 per home is available for energy improvement projects. We provide the documentation that is required by the California Home Financing program, which offers low to no financing for energy improvements.
Building a new home? If you build 15% more efficient above the 2008 California Building Energy Efficiency Standards, you may qualify for rebates.
